Some things I forgot to mention: the non shadow Heatran is ranked 43 in the master league but difficult to build with the legacy move requirement and XLs. And while it’s not so good in the great league this will be a good way to get a GL eligible Heatran if you want one.

Shadow caterpie should be a cheap purify, so you can farm that and make big gains on the purifier medal for minimal dust.

I’m hoping that leaders are better in this round - it’s just my personal theory, but I think the Rocket Takeover is on an earlier rotation than normal because the leaders are so incredibly bad that people aren’t buying radars. I have nothing to support that at all, but I don’t know anyone who has been grinding leaders this rotation.

I’ve managed to get two hundos (Absol and Foongus) in the first few days of the gala expedition I hope my luck remains as good during these couple days and I am able to get some solid shadow Pokémon both for raids and GBL. Plus hoping I can get the remaining 2.78 million so needed to reach lvl 49 before it’s over.

Since shadow Grimer is in raids, you can farm PvP IVs for it as shadow Grimer is one of the best Pokemon for Great League…forget the Gastrodon

I doubt it could be rated that high. Nearly every team has either a Gastro, clodsire, shadow Kanto Marowak. I could just see that mon getting absolutely bullied in the current meta at higher levels

Pretty excited for shadow mankey because I use a team of annihilape for gym battling because I feel like it recommends ghosts more than fighting types, so now Annihilape shows more in my recommended against blisseys and slakings.

Just found out that I left Looming in the shadows research on second page so I never got another radar researches so I have only 1(2) for my beloved Rayquaza in the future. + I never got any Rayquaza from raid or from trade because obviously it wasnt even in game in 2019.

My shadow luck has been mad since the last rocket takeover: 4* Alolan sandslash, 98% Mamoswine, Scyther, Hisuian Sneasel, 96% carvanha then to top it off Dragonite and totodile who both would be hundos if I was to purify. Now I just need to address the stardust situation

Normally Team Rocket grunts appear in balloons every three hours, but during the last takeover they appeared every two hours. Also, in the past there were incidents they appeared every hour.
