Hello new friend.....I am 60 years old and feel like I went full circle in life because I spent my youth playing guitar, juggling, tripping, going to concerts and not having a care in the world thinking I would never get old yet somehow I became a senior citizen and this old man still flows, goes to ecstatic dance, drum circles, music festivals. medicine ceremonies and keeps moving & grooving which is the key to growing old gracefully. Motion is lotion so you gots to move. Juggling is my main art but recently picked up the buugeng & poi which is how I stumbled on your channel. I also studied martial arts 40 years (Kung Fu) so flow feels natural to me and now want to focus my energy learning Qi Gong. I am looking forward to watching your other videos because I truly felt a deep connection to your spirit and found your poi training very helpful and easy to follow so thanks for your wisdom. I am very grateful🙏

I needed this so bad. I have been so anxious and depressed and have not been playing at all. I used to be so happy and fun, used to spin poi, and hula hoop... i made some poi today, and want to reconnect with my child-like nature.

Well we really hope we can help you connect with that true nature!

One serious question if you are that beeing with your belivings and that community there why are you still provinding and supporting capitalism? Ive been around in communities like this for almost my whole life and from my point of view i think i understand your way (and the one of the community there) very deeply and that brings up this fundamental question for me why are you supporting and doing capitalsim there? This community for me seems like a project that can be so beautiful so independt and truly anarchstic (ive seen alot of those open and FREE communitys that werent focused on arts so mutch main problem there is drugs most of the time but this one dosent seem like a drugged place of punk people squatting some land so again why is this beautiful space of art yoga meditian (its seems really close the be something like a modern monastry of buddhsim in my opinion) based on capitalism?) I would be really happy if you take yourself time for answer me if you even read that and sorry for my bad formulated not grammaticly correct ingles but i guess you will understand the main question here (ive you even havnt ask it to yourself yet) by the way nice video thanks for the tipps and keep flowing✌🤟 :)

Can you explain more on what component of capitalism your referring to? Jesse and Liora are constantly on the move, offering their teaching talents to help fuel their travels and take care of their newborn!

@@sacredflowart i am speaking of the eagles nest community its nice to create an open space full of art in an autonome zone but taking like 100 euros per night its capitalism in my opinion ive seen so many communitys doing the same but gratis or based on communal money (who wants to give something can give anything he want) but if you gonna go to charge 100 euro per night you will attract people with a mindset that think you can actually buy stuff in life and i think such people shouldnt be teached in our kind of arts they spending 2 weeks holiday vacation and for them its something complet different as it is for jesse an liora which are dedicating their lifes to art and try to life in an certain autonom non capitalist way (thats atleast what i see in this kind of art movement btw in most of the circus scene/free tekno scene i see all this movements connect going from free party people (squatters aswell) over circus people to the ancient chienes qigong culture (aswell capitalistic the ones where ive been) and the buddhistic and hinduistic monastrys (aswell shaolin culture could be count in there) there showing another alternativ to life money free without having to dumpster dive you food from big grocery companys i know that all this thinking just works in limited small areas but ive seen it many teams and i just found it so sad when i go to the eagles nest side and saw that they sell their souls basicly
