You have the gift of being able to make this information accessible & as simple to understand as it can possibly be. If I had access to explanations like yours way back when I started, I can only imagine how much faster & farther I would have progressed. This isnt easy stuff to teach, especially if the student is starting at zero. It takes that certain moment where the movements finally click in their head. After those basics click, it's just like riding a bike. Muscle memory takes over & you're golden & can start building your arsenal of moves. None of that flows easily without a teacher to explain it just right. That "just right" is different for everyone, but Drex is my type of "just right"

I love, love, love this! You have an amazing ability to distill the most complex into a few simple moves. ❤❤❤

I liked how both theoretical and practical this video was. Would love to see more geometry, shape and flower theory stuff. Keep up the good work.

Somebody is watching their videos before they upload them 😁😁❤️ 12:00 - I WILL LEARN THIIS!!

I try to! The way I edit now means that I basically get to see a completed draft before uploading and that's been helpful in avoiding a couple obvious and embarrassing editing mistakes in the past.

Great vid Drex. I would say isolations in general would also make this list for me. They're such a building block of how stalls function and how to make many body tracers super buttery. They help a lot with wall plane transitions from opp together to same split, for example. But a lot of that is part of the linear isolation too of course.

At 8:55 - a linear isolation can’t be either in-spin or anti-spin, because it’s both at the same time. You don’t know which it is until you move your hand. That’s some heavy quantum stuff - I wonder if Schrödinger was a poi spinner 😂😂

I came too far too fast... "Diamond mode four petal anti-spin flower with linear Extension" dude I just learned the three beat weave. KZbin recommendations got me messed up. Went from smoking my first lefty to drinking Ken Kesey kool-aid with no context
