Wow! I was blown away by the quality of your video, for many reasons stated by everyone on this comment section, but for me, mainly because of the photos, there are some great shots in there! If you could make a video on how to use some of the manual controls this cameras have that'll be amazing. If it was just a few centimeters or even inches, it'll still be fine. The camera had to pull a bunch out into the spool once you close the door anyway. So you should still get the amount of shots noted on the roll (eg 36 or 24)
@robertknight46722 жыл бұрын
I have a very unusual Vivitar twin 1000 point and shoot camera. Basically has two different lens positions. You can switch between a wide and telephoto lens. The unusual thing about is when you load the film the motor does not Advance automatically you actually have to press the shutter button a few times to get it to the number one position. I'm currently using it for the first time so I don't know what the results will be. Despite being a basic camera it can still read the DX codes.

Hey, sorry to hear! If you're sure its staying on 0 and hasn't loaded properly, you can open it up to reload. However, once a film is loaded properly and is advancing along normally, you shouldn't open the door until it's finished and rewound 🙂

Pushing Film hey thanks for you answer!! However... what happens to the part that we already exposed to light while we put it in the camera? Are the first few films not going to be actual picture but a exposed film? Or the camera manage to skip them by itself while we close the cover (sorry for many questions...) cuz when my mom showed me her manual film camera she said the first film will not show any picture so i should manually skip it (take some random pictures).

@pushingfilm3 жыл бұрын
Hey! That little button is for forcing the rewind manually (it can be hard to press, you might need a pen) However, the Stylus will automatically rewind when you reach the end of the film. Take a couple more shots and see if it does; 36 shot rolls can sometimes give you 38

Last year I found Mju1 at home and with the first film, it worked but with second film, it flashes E when I had left only about ten shots. I opened the back tried to roll up and down and everything, thought it wasn't put properly and ofc didn't work. But after months the counting has been resetted. When I click the shoot button it shows 2 and goes on. Does it mean if I develop the new shots it comes up two different shots in one frame or just blank or it is actually okay? I couldn't find my answer in elsewhere, so please should I just toss it or keep shooting and develop it? It is my first time with film cameras.
@pushingfilm2 жыл бұрын
Hi, this a common fault that I've seen with Mju cameras, where the winding/counting acts up. There is no way for me to know for sure what shots would come come out in your case, sorry... So I guess if you do finish and develop the roll there will be a risk, but it's the only way to find out.

Hey. I've never used this camera, but looking it up online there seems to be a switch on the front for the flash which has an "OFF" option... perhaps your's is different? Unfortunately, some point and shoot cameras don't let you disable the flash at all.

I just tried to load my new camera and accidentally rolled the film back up, can I still use the roll or film?

I already took 20 photos and then my camera starts ringing and the flim count keeps dropping till one . So did i lose the one i shot before ? How do i fix that error ? Thank you in advance tho
@pushingfilm3 жыл бұрын
Hey, I can't know for sure but it sounds like your camera has a malfunction where it rewinds the roll too early. I've seen these on a few occasions.

Men my camara doesn't have DX:( Anyone know what film can I use?

Does the camera have any ISO selection options?
@pablo29713 жыл бұрын
No, just let you choose between turning the flash on and off. I did not find any information about the camera, the model is "Lito 30 motor drive" and say in front lens made in japon.
@pushingfilm3 жыл бұрын
@@pablo2971 it might be safest then to use any roll of 400 ISO film, and use the flash when indoors or very low light. See how you go with that as a test 🙂
