Love these road trips. 3:55 these pools are fantastic and the tools and weapons 4:59 one of the most interesting things when exploring these places. Feels like beaches are a big thing there too and all the great trails have to end with a Lighthouse, which is the case! Another fantastic video! :)

Thanks for showing us Point Loma. We’ve never been to San Diego and weren’t aware of this area. It is a beautiful are. The cemetery was beautiful and well kept. The NP offered so much with the tide pools, visitor center and the lighthouse. I haven’t ever see the particular design of lighthouse.

I had the privilege to be stationed at Submarine base SD at Point Loma back in the '80s. It's probably the most beautiful base in the world. At the time it had 2 tenders and 2 drydocks. It now has 1 drydock, kinda sad. Anyway Point Loma is definitely something you should experience while in SD. And Carne asada burritos, don't leave SD without eating at least 1, it's a moral imperative. 😂

Heard the lighthouse was haunted by its former lighthouse watchman-Captain Robert Isreal, who is laid to rest at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.

They can ask you not to record, doesn’t mean you have to listen. 1st amendment is a real thing in case anyone didn’t know. If you’re on public property you can record anything the eye can see.
