Big up Arteta. What we are seeing now is the reason we shouldn't be reactionary to what's right in front of us. Last season, some fans were extremely critical of the manager as he was looking for a different way to play to make us more solid. We lost the title the season before as we conceded stupid goals against Southampton and Bournemouth and had to come from behind to try and win. The manager and his coaching staff studied what we were doing wrong (everyone could see what we were doing right) and used the 1st part of last season to find a system to which he added key pieces this season. Arteta and his staff are in it for the long haul, we as arsenal fans need to trust them and not lose hope. (Some of the shook ones talk after 3 games was WIIIIIILD!!) We are a BEAST of a team and have been for some time. Glad that most of the fanbase can now see it

When Liverpool went down to 10 men vs city they conceeded 5 goals. Arsenal's game plan in the second half was to not conceed 2+ goals so we didn't lose the game. The plan wasn't to concede no goals because that would have been crazy. The only reason we got close to not conceeding a goal is because our defence is elite & city are very one dimensional. City with Aguero, Mahrez & Sterling was much better than this version of city. The big blue shark was toothless yesterday.

Hold on! Calafiori has played his entire career LB. His short spell at Bolonga is only when he started playing CB. Also playing Cala at LCB means losing our major threat at corners (Gabriel). So let's think this through. Timber Saliba Gabriel Calafiori is a full upgrade on last season's back line imo

Icl that last second dagger was a f*cking pisstake. The fact it came of a city player in the way giving us no chance to react. Unfair 10 v 11 and literally no luck at all. 2 reds and both cost us the win. Should be 4 points higher than we are. Competing against city we literally cannot afford and more wins turn to draws.
