It is neccesaary for the PNM government to offer skills training to those vendors that are working in this project to broaden their ability and to provide other menues which will ensure the standard stays high and they can attract and maintain higher levels of trafic through the facility making it much more sucessful going forward and it may become a historical tourism attraction!

I am not part of the management of the facility so I do not know, however in other places the rent paid by the vendors goes towards the maintenance and the operating costs.

Finally something was done by the government to cater to the people to eat, lime, louse around and entertain, although it may have cost 2 or 3 times the normal cost. We know why. But, I hope that that venue continues in other areas.

I have no idea but I do not know why you would ask this question on my video. Do you go on the channels of American KZbinrs and ask them about the school shootings that happen so regularly there, or about the serial killer in California or the 5 people killed in North Carolina this week? Do you ask British KZbinrs about the random stabbings that happen all the time in the UK?
