38:50 Math With Flygon HG is unironically one of my favorite parts, I always find the tangents about probabilities of specific actions both gratifying and soul-crushing. On one hand, its kind of cool seeing something so rare. On the other hand... its usually bad rng if you're mad enough to do the math

The only thing I don't love about it is that he doesn't seem to take everything into account for the "probability of winning/losing". For example during 5 moves the opponent will have 2 misses and he gets a crit, and then he multiplies the miss odds by the crit odd but doesn't take into account that he had multiple rolls for that crit through the misses, and it didn't matter what order or combination of crits and misses, so the odds are actually much higher, like double or triple as likely.

I was honestly completely checked out of the experience once Team Plasma was beaten, it felt like I’d already won and if anything the elite 4 felt like a bit of an anticlimax.

What I love most about FlygonHG runs is that you genuinely don't know what's going to happen. A loss is often just as likely as a win. There's real suspense in these runs because of that, compared to a lot of other poketubers runs.
