Not only that, but I think it is also getting easier and easier for leakers to get into information from the social media outlets as well. Don't forget that Reddit is notorious for having numerous leakers around the gaming industry as well and they will not be afraid to get caught, even if they leak one game after another. This sort of behaviour needs to be stamped out and quickly!!😡

Nintendo only goes to court if you are a leaker that really tries to get leaks. That kid was just a fan who didn't know he wasn't allowed to do this and instead of getting angry, he helped that kid learn a life lesson of what you can and can't do on the internet

Pokémon Leaks usually result in illegal content other than copyright infringement. SO it's serious, local Governments are on Pokemon's case. Despite claims from many that Ken Sugumoi and Satoshi and others in Game Freak before Nintendo sued and purchased them are involved in making illegitimate content on purpose, TPCI staff, including voiceover Maddie Blaustien, were more publicly stated on websites like Bulbapedia when involved in making illegal content that violates COPPA.
