The thing with Sleipmon is that speed isn't exactly his key point, but mobility. He's like an all terrain vehicle while Ulforce is like a jet. Ulforce is faster but Sleipmon is better at doing maneuvers at high speed, no matter where.

For Nico, gankoomon *does* take off the sandals in his X-antibody form (basically the edgy "upgrade" form). And one of his attacks is to just beat his opponents with said sandal, now wielded in his hand. He also does a table flip, and if there is no table, he flips *the ground*, and it becomes the table as it crashes into opponents.

I think kyoko was also in the same boat as the MC they were like in a coma but in kyoko's case she wasn't admitted to the same facility as the other victims maybe cause alphamon took her body. If I remember all the victims woke up one by after the other including kyoko at the end of the game.

@@scarletrose8766 Correct. Kyoko wasn't dead, she was simply comatose after being attacked by an Eater. The real Kyoko was a victim of EDEN Syndrome in the same way as the protagonist. The only reason you don't see Kyoko's comatose body when you infiltrate the hospital is because Alphamon took over her body before anyone in the real world noticed that Kyoko had become a victim of EDEN Syndrome. Alphamon's obsession with horrible mixtures of Coffee is due to Kyoko herself having that personality quirk, and that quirk just sort of leaked into Alphamon over time. It also explains why Alphamon is one of the good guys and Crusadermon is one of the villains. Alphamon's human host was an odd & quirky but still morally good and kind person, while Crusadermon's host was a twisted and devious monster masquerading as a kind if unnerving woman.

I like how the lore and role of each digimon species changes dramatically between each series and it even extends to the digimon that are in a higher status of power. One series Gallantmon belongs to a character, the following one he's just wandering through a town as an average citizen, then he's back to a higher position as an actual royal knight following the digimon god lol. Also, Crusadermon is one of those digimon that has been at least 3 english names lol

So I want to bring something up, but Durandamon (the big gold guy made of swords) and Jesmon are completely unrelated beyond being the final form of the 20th anniversary and 15th anniversary digimon respectively. Durandamon DOES have a counterpart, but the two are completely unrelated. Also Jesmon's name was chosen after his creation because it made it sound like Jesus, something that Kenji Watanabe did still mention Plus seeing he is accompanied by Digimon nuns, his main art depicts him walking on water, he digivolves from something named SAVIOR Huckmon and has an arc in the Chronicle X storyline that's basically the temptation of Christ, they've leaned into it quite a bit afterwards.

Also having finished the video, wanna bring up that Jesmon GX is arguably the strongest, its OS Generics in Chronicle X is way stronger than normal Jesmon and is basically "I can do ANYTHING" level. Reviving the dead, making everyone immortal and creating a weapon that shouldn't exist just to one hit kill the physical embodiment of sin who is stronger than capital G God.

More people need to give Ragnaloardmon a chance, Durandamon is the sword and another Digimon becomes the shield. So they fuse into another Omnimon-type Digimon, but it's got a cool dark blue and red color pallet with a big sword and shield for the gimmick and his cape is just pure fire because the shield Digimon is just a collection of flames held together with armor to vaguely resemble a dragon. And it rules!

All RKs have the following abillities: to cut trough space-time( Alphamon, Omegamon and JESmon did it in TRI while Craniummon did it in Cyber Sleuth transcend space-time(either by using Digital Space or in the case of the New Digital World travelling trough the layers is like transcending space-time) and Acausality Type 1 ( Alphamon and JESmon were immune to the re-writting of history/reboot in TRI while in Cyber Sleuth Alphamon still remembers the events of the game even after Yggdrasil did a multiversal rewinding of history to 8 years prior to the events of the game) and Acausality and Type 4 ( the Royal Knights are inhabitants of the Kernel a higher dimension to the Digital World that transcends the system of causality of the Digital World.) Craniummon was also able to bare the Digital World on his shoulders even while attacked by Yggdrasil 7D6 and keep it from collapsing into the real world with sheer strength alone. He is also said to be the most honorable one and when fighting an opponent his custom is to always defeat it in 1v1 combat. Craniummon's spear Claiomh Solas is also able to cut trough space and time creating gates between the worlds. The other knights we saw doing this are Alphamon,Omegamon and JESmon. But its hinted that all knights are capable of this. Dynasmon's Dragon Collider has the most destructive power among the RKs so much so that Ulforceveedramon(has the ulforce wich can make him regenerate faster than instant deletion), LordKnightmon and Craniummon ( can tank anything for three seconds) ran the fuck away the second he charged for Dragon Collider. The blast was so destructive that it evaporated the Bagra Pandemonium one of the zones of the Digital World Zone = universe. Dukemon is a Digital Hazard. In Digimon Tamers, the Digital World is made out of multiple layers and is said to be a world beyond the Network(multi-layered) and Human World(your conventional infinite multiverse). Beyond is used as in, it is in a hierarchical position superior to the Human World and Network, like a higher dimension. In order to reach the Digital World's physical layer wich is just the deepest part of the Network that humans can't normally access you have to go trough the layers of the Network (6 layers). This is where Takato and co first arrived. That was the whole of the Digital World when it was first created. In the physical layer there are pillars of light that if swallowed by them it will send you to another world. The Digital World is made out of layers, wich are said to be small universes. Small wasn’t used as small but with the meaning of a subset. And within each layer there are scattered miniverses( 9 in number) worlds created by the Digimon as homes that beffit their abillities. Even beyond the Digital World is the domain of the Holy Beasts, a higher world to the Digital World created by them and the highest,deepest part of the Digital World from where they keep the balance of it. When Megidramon emerged with the Digital Hazard active it shook the layer of the Sacred Beasts, and Makuramon said that if Beelzebumon continued the fight with Megidramon not only the Realm of the Gods but the whole Digital World would be destroyed. Its power skyrocketed into the Human World and it was said that the human world would be affected too. In Chronicles the amount of "Digimon" data has grown so large that it exceeds the predictions of "Yggdrasil," and the crisis of the "Digital Hazard," an outbreak on the scale of the entire universe, including the digital world, is at hand. If nothing is done, the Digital World will collapse! The Digital World of Chronicles is comprised of three layers. Ulud(the past), Skuld(the Present) and Versandi (the Future). Each layer is said to be infinite in size. All would have exploded because of the Digital Hazard. Dukemon also has 99,9% pure Chrome Digizoid armor. Alphamon's inforce allows him to go back to the cause and effect of the battles. Basically he warps causality to re-do his attacks countless times. He can reverse what would otherwise be a lost cause or unleash thousands of attacks at the same time. He is also a nuclear detterence protocol for the RKs. Basically if they run amok or overstep their boundaries he comes out and puts them in their place. He is also their true leader. Alphamon can also summon a spectral version of DORUgoramon if he fights a 2v1 or higher from another dimension. He has many other powers. Examon is so big that he is said in one of the databooks to be as big as File Island. His lance has also countless viruses with various effects. JESmon's OS Generics basically has him transcending the laws of the Digital World. Basically while in OS Generics none of the normal laws of the Digital World will work on him like the law of damage. Sleipmon/Kentaurusmon has Red Digizoid armor one of the toughest Chrome Digizoid armor alloys. His shield can also lower the temperature to freeze his enemies and cause blizzards. Sleipmon is the 2nd fastest RK actually after Ulforceveedramon. They needed Ulforceveedramon in CS to keep up with him. Not even Omegamon could keep up with his speed. Magnamon's Power of Miracles has the ability to make desired outcomes come true. In D-Cyber he ressurected Oryumon and turned it into the Oryuken for Alphamon and made the other cast digimon evolve. Magnamon is also the most durable of the Royal Knights and is called the cornerstone of their defence. Omegamon's Omega inForce allows him to read ahead in battle and respond accordingly. It also draws out and raises Omegamon's combat sense and potential to their utmost limits in all situations. He is usually the leader and during X-Evolution he was stated to be the most powerful Royal Knight. Omegamon was capable in Tamers of using the Digital Space wich allows you to transcend space-time. In Adventure 2020 he was said to transcend countless space-times and in Chronicles/X-Evolution moving between the layers of the New Digital World is like transcending space-time. Duftmon is so intelligent that he is considered the utmost strategist of the RKs and he is able to coordinate them despite each knight having its own sense of justice. He was able to make a vaccine against the Dot Matrix (an attack that erases data out of existence) and against Lucemon Satan Mode's regeneration on the go. Ulforceveedramon is the fastest of the RKs. He is the speedster of the order. His Ulforce allows his to regenerate faster than instant deletion can keep up with. Imperialdramon PM's Omega Blade can reset and clear the opponent's configuration data. Basically think of a hard drive. It would be like erasing all the data on it making it a one hit kill if you get stabbed by the blade. Also the weapon is literally made from the data of Omegamon.

The heroes fight for their friends, something shows up that's too strong to defeat, and then characters evolve into new forms to win that never existed before. Most of the time it's handled pretty well because there's usually some mechanic or McGuffin behind getting to Ultimate rank or higher that makes sense in context. But other times it's just like "Yeah, this thing's really strong. You just go Mega now. No arc, no real reason, it just happens." A good evolution episode will at least feel foreshadowed or earned, but not all evolution episodes are good evolution episodes.

I do consulting for history and archeology channels on Mesoamerica and I made a big document dissecting all of Tlalocmon's historical and mythological influences since it's surprisingly well researched. "Their powers aren't represented in that game." That's correct because a large majority of Digimon have powers that are hard to adapt. A reason why Digitalize of Soul wasn't adapted until the current TCG is because trying to bring a 'dragon', which we lacked information of how it look at that time, would be hard to bring to CGI in Digimon X Evolution. But we can just give a new random and bullsh*t technique to Omegamon that is just the reverse of All Delete. Actually, the other reasons why Sleipmon is in the group is because of being fast, even if their armor is mostly made of Red Digizoid, a really heavy metal but highly defensive, using absolute zero power like Odin's Breath and being the guardian of an important thing in the artict that contains the origin of all Digimon.

The most accurate special ability or features would be that Sleipmon is indeed the fastest, even if their armor is mostly made of Red Digizoid, a Digizoid that has defense focus but is really heavy.

Also, now that I realize, Omegamon and Sleipmon doesn't have that much of special abilities, but only features. Sleipmon as I already explained is fast even if they are covered in Red Digizoid. But Omegamon only special feature is that they are a Chaosmon that became stable thanks to the wishes of Justice in the internet (it wasn't spirits, that scene was just a metaphorical representation of Justice) the Omega InForce is only available if they have X-Antibody. Although he was only capable to use Omega InForce and other techniques while being normal in Xros Wars Manga, because Yggdrasil being unavailable and having still their body there, give the chance to Omegamon to auto-hack themselves.

I'll defend the digimon movie. Originally FoxKids just wanted to bring over the first two movies as their own separate movies, but Toei and Bandai had a contract where Fox could only make one movie, and attached to that contract, they HAD to localize the two OVAs that make up the last third of the movie (which is the one that had three forths of it cut out of the film) The original specials were Digimon Adventures, Digimon Adventure Our War Game, Digimon Adventure 02 Hurricane Touchdown, and Digimon Adventure 02 Miraculous Golden Digimentals. Fox only wanted to localize the first two films, but Toei and Bandai forced them to localize two movies and two OVAs into one movie NOW THERE IS GOOD NEWS Thanks to a new producer, the digimon movie is coming back with two redubbed versions, one where the movie is just as it was when Fox released it redubbed by the old cast (and new cast because sadly some of them have passed away) and a version where all the films are how they were supposed to be with a properly translated script I'm honestly really excited about this

Funnily enough, Examon does in fact "inject" its foes with viruses. Its lance known as Ambrose is loaded with shells that have various different viruses in them. Combine this with its SENTIENT wings that can act as a shield, you essentially get "what if an elder dragon from monster hunter could use gunlance" the digimon.

The English dub of the Digimon movie is great 😅 yeah they crudely smashed 3 movies together but it's worth it. Kari's narration serves as a way to connect all 3 and there's more random dialogue added in. When Agumon and Kari are walking around and the truck passes them is one of my favorites "Did you see that?" "No. I was sleeping" "You're the one driving!"

UlforceV-dramon actually existed before Sleipmon/Kentaurosmon, UlforceV-dramon being from 2002 while Sleipmon is from 2005. Tbf, his characteristic power is more mobility than speed, he's fast but not as fast a Ulforce, as his armor is made of Red Chrome Digizoid which gives him great defense but lowers his speed due to how heavy it is, while UlforceV-dramon is covered in a Blue Chrome Digizoid armor which is so light that it increases his speed.

Around 15:51 Actually yes he can summon Grani, the anime adapted Grani, but in canon, Dukemon can summon Grani to fights so he can have better aerial combat. And his equipment it's technically of the top tier of the Royal Knights. So the question is what's false of this question, Popup Ads, because everything else he has it... The only thing this guy didn't put of his powers is that he does all of this holding back, because he has a Digital Hazard that could destroy the world, so he can't use his full power unless he enters a form change which can only last 5 minutes, if not is the end of the world.

Well, they *did* try to connect the three OVAs of the Digimon movie with a central plotline (the virus), which unfortunately led to Hurricane Touchdown being REALLY cut up. Side note, some of the drama with Omegamon being changed to Omnimon was fears that an American audience would find it, well, blasphemous? The Royal Knights are called the Holy Knights in Japan, Omegamon's introduction in OWG was set over a Catholic requiem, and the name is a reference to God (who is the Alpha and the Omega). I think Fox feared backlash, and so it was localized to Omnimon.

You're wrong about when UlforceV-dramon debuted. He debuted in 2002. Kentaurosmon debuted in 2005. Between the two, UlforceV-dramon came first.
