i think that when the player interacts with stuff like tv or bookshelves, he isn't talking, just thinking to himself. in my opinion, it wouldn't make much sense since everybody is surprised whenever he talks and in every other instance he DOES talk, it's only when it's absolutely necessary (to show blue just how much he appreciates him as a rival, etc). also, when the player has to select YES or NO, i figure he just nods or shakes his head.
