Pokémon Platinum - Regi Trio & Regigigas Location and Battle (HQ)

Let me clear things up for everyone in the comments sections. The three Regis were available in game, but you needed the event Regigigas to unlock them. This event is no longer available by legitimate means.

Wow! It Worked! With the pksm hombrew I injected the event Regigigas and the Regis did spawn. I'm definitely moving them to home.

kinda sad that regigigas doesn't have the regi theme. Instead, he has the default legendary theme :/

​@homeserver32 its the battle theme for cresselia heatran darkrai shaymin regigigas rotom and giratina (only in diamond in pearl though giratina got its own theme in platinum) aka most legendary pokemon (except for palkia dialga giratina in platinum and the lake trio who have their own theme) in the sinnoh region (except for rotom because rotom is not a legendary) and i meant by his own regi theme as in the regi theme the regi's battle has

You can still get the event Regigigas legitimately through the mystery gifts. As well as several other legends. It’s a slight pain to get the ds connected to the internet but still doable

To find regirock, regice and registeel we have to meet regigigas first at snowpoint temple. But how did you know the location of the three regis?

You need the event regigigas

You can transfer 3 regis from r/s/e through pal park and get level 1 regigigas at snowpoint temple which unlocks 3 regis in platinum

With the DNS trick you can get the event Regigigas and other event legends including Arceus. There are tutorials on KZbin and its pretty easy to do. This also works on all gen 4 and 5 games
