Pokémon RSE's Odd Vocal Samples

*EDIT*: Turns out they are not unused sounds. There is a weird NPC in the Mauville Pokémon Center called The Bard who appears only if the player's ID number ends in a 0 or 1, and he uses these sounds when he speaks. Thank you to Epicness Worldwide.
These very odd vocal samples can be found in the RSE soundfont when ripped from the ROM. Thank you to LLugnuto779 for bringing this to my attention, because they did not extract for some reason when I originally ripped the soundfont a few years back.

You could perhaps use these to reconstruct the Village Bridge track.

Indeed... There's a sample for each vowel if i remember correctly (they're even in a Japanese accent!) So i think it would actually work pretty well :D! The only problem is that in order to recreate the OOOO-EEE-AAAAAA of village bridge one would have to assign each sample to a different instrument and switch between them every note, which would be quite a pain to do in the midi file. Actually now that i said this it makes me wonder if it's done like this in black and white.

So these are not used outside of the Pokémon Center...cool, remind me of the vocals we can hear throughout Unova, those were a great touch and it's a shame we don't have vocals (not even dubbing) in the new main games! T_T
