@NintenUnity so I have this idea for a earthbound fan game called earthbound:adventures in the realm of horror So basically the story is that there are two civilizations that live in the same galaxy, one is humanity and the other is one filled with monsters from all different types of media The monsters from that civilization go to the human world to kill animals and humans there for their meat, the meat tastes so good because the humans are constantly filling themselves up with sugary snacks and fatty foods that taste good, however, within this monsters alliance, there are some monsters that believe for the safety of animals from the human world, and thus have joined the humans to protect them from these monsters The creator of the monsters (his name is ethan macabre), I'd part of the human defenders, after all these years of trying to defend humans and to stop the other monsters from winning, ethan has been getting frustrated and just wants the war to end So he decides to start infiltrating the evil monsters world with his minions to kill them all, This puts the story in a unique place, where the villain is actually the hero of the story and the heroes are actually the villians So the main characters (banny the purple rabbit, lucario(I know he ain't a horror character but there is a good reason to why he is there) bart(from the creepypasta dead bart) and Felix the fish) embark on a journey to destroy ethan macabre, along the way they also meet zelda, Mr bean, those two ball guys from mother 3 who names I forgot, and the ant guy form mother 3, who joined their team, this make sit so that the team is half monsters half human world characters, now for the battle system, as you could already tell, there are now up to 8 characters that can be on your team, everyone on your tram gets to use psi, so there aren't any characters like Jeff, Boney or duster who can't use it, the maximum psi level is now awakeneda, and the amount of psi levels there ar eis now 8, there is also a ton of new PSI being introduced, the first bart lucarioa and felix characters of your team all get to use the special psi from one of the 3 earthboung games (aka pk beam pk rockin and pk love) And banny gets her own one now That being pk vanta The other 4 get more support and utility psi then offense ones There are also some new stats (example would be evasion) Plus since it is horror themed, there are some horror segments as well And there are also horror enemies as well (Btw some of the enemies in mother 3 are referred to as chimeras, this games version of chimeras is macabres) So ummmm what do you think of that concept? @@LMKRMD okay. You basically need Lunala & Necrozma. Either in your boxes or in your party. Head on over to the auction port and you'll be able to auction for the "N-Lunarizer" item. Make sure you have space on your party for Lunala & Necrozma too. THAT, allows you to get Dawn Wings Necrozma.

They were an old Gen 7 event, I think for an anniversary of the anime if I'm remembering correctly. I think it was around when the "I Choose You" movie came out so the 20th anniversary. Different hats were released with the same code each week, but since the event is over I don't think they're obtainable anymore until fans put up a new server when Nintendo's shuts down

Little advice. These things may be shiny locked. But theyre not stat locked. Save before you encounter. Keep a lot of exp candies on you. And every time you catch a legendary max its level out to see if the stats are good. If not close the game log back in and catch it until you get a good stat one. Its tedious but worth it.

There's almost no reason to do that now though. You can reset EVs, you can Hyper Train IVs and you can Mint natures. The only thing you need to reset for is 0 IV atk for special attackers weak to dark type and 0 IV speed for trick room legendaries

@@furionmax7824 The only things that affect Pokemon stats are IVs EVs and Natures. You can change natures with mints, you can Max IVs with Bottle Caps and you can reset EVs with berries or the fresh start mochi. So there's almost no reason to reset for legendaries other than getting 0 IV speed on legendaries that want to be used in trick room or 0IV atk if you care about foul play. They gave us a way to Max a pokemon's IV in Sun and Moon but they still haven't given us a way to 0 a Pokemon's IV
