Hi! You can encounter Leon at the battle tower. To be able to challenge him, you just need to defeat at least 3 trainer per rank. He will appear at the third rank. So you need to defeat 9 trainer at single or Double in total. And also this is were the music of Toby Fox is used.

Man, I got lucky looking at this battle when battling Leon in the Battle Tower for the first time. I used my Cinderace, Goodra, and Froslass. I thought I was gonna lose, but then I decided to use Max Guard when my Goodra was Dynamaxed against his Charizard. That and the Leftovers was what ultimately led to my victory against Leon. And that was because his Cinderace took out my Cinderace before that.

I'd say the champion design fits well. There's a huge focus on sports, and he has his cape and outfit filled with a million different sponsorships on it, sponsorship like you'd see constantly in the way at a real sporting event.
