We had nearly the same team for this fight. Only difference is I had a nuclear arbok or vilucard (can't remember which) and garlikid instead of your haagross and terlard. I was also pretty underleveled for the fight and barely scraped by on my 5th attempt.

I put took me forever to find another person who also chose Metalynx. People might think it's the worst, because of its matchup against Tiko, or even Sheldon, but I think it's best because it takes Neutral damage from Nuclear Pokèmon, although Gararewl is better for battling Nuclear pokemon.

M3G4 T3RR4 Metalynx is really good against nuclear types but I just chose it because it was the one I liked the most, so I later found out that the starter I picked was the best against them haha

CURIE's team is a double edge sword : looking to destroy everything, regardless of how much damage they deal to themselves. Basically, I used fast Pokemons like Archilles, Pajay and Nucleon to take them down. Urayne didn't do anything thanks to my Mega-Archilles. My only regret was my Seikamater dying to Xenoqueen, I wanted to make a Queen vs Queen matchup ^^'

ShinyMetroid is the guy that made a lot of the custom cries, i interviewed him a little the other day, he basically splices sound effect clips till he gets a sound he's satisfied with. That's very oversimplified though. He's working on making a custom cry for every single mon in this game.

I fought Curie with a team of lvl 60s and it was pretty much my Tracton and Metalynx that did all the work. I think Frosthra helped too, it being suck an amazing sweeper. Yeah, not having at least one steel type in this game is not playing it right. They're practically required for the nuclear segments.

I never used a single steel type through this game and I didn't even Black Out once. Electruxo and Dunseraph were all I needed to cover every weakness. The only problem I found was Ice.

It's honestly far easier. First turn you get intimidate from acten, then a -2 special attack from overheat. And if you already knew about the battle you could switch acten out for even more stat lowering

I remember doing the ninja reunion side quest, then constantly EV training/Level training off of them. I was training my entire team via EXP share. That brought my Electruxo from level 54 at the time to level 81 in just a total of 3 days. Let's just say CURIE's team was swept by an over-leveled mega. I wasn't even planning on leveling him up that much, but it worked out for the championship battle.

Two words: STEEL. NUCLR. They are the only Pokemon that can withstand the force of NUCLR-type attacks. But be forewarned when having a NUCLR Pokemon on your team: NUCLR-types are a double edged sword. Against all types, NUCLR deals double damage (super effective) to all except STEEL and NUCLR type. But they also take double damage (super effective) from all except NUCLR type. In conclusion, when battling NUCLR-type Pokemon, have at least one NUCLR-type (Nucleon is best bet) and at least one STEEL-type (Metalynx is best bet unless it loses to Urayne's Overheat).

I remember level grinding my team on the EV Trainers after the ninja reunion. My Electruxo went from level 54 to level 81 in the span of 3 days just from me using the EXP share to train my team. I didn't have too much trouble afterwards, though I suppose I should call myself lucky for being over-leveled, seeing how hard these battles were for people who were under-leveled/in the same level range.

To me, it was the third gym and Tiko's battle at the championship, I lost to both, Tiko had a Chimiconda that kept spamming Overheat while having the ability Contrary, that thing was a beast.

I got through the championship surprisingly low leveled, i actually ended up having a tactic for BOTH opponents i ended up against... i hate fairies.

supervegito2277 His Chimiconda outsped two of my Pokémon, so its Sp. Atk actually rose sharply instead of, well, the contrary, so I had to use my half HP Archilles to beat it with Earthquake, but then it got outspeeded by Mega Inflagetah and died, but that _was_ in my first play through the Championship where my Pokémon were Lvl 67 - 69 because I actually thought the winner of the Championship would get to fight the Elite 4 and then the Champion, but of course, I was wrong.

That is the perfect time to grind. Just dont save after the championship is done and before the final boss (being vague on purpose) cause if you lose against the final boss youre screwed. Game over no pokemon center just game over. Final boss strongest pokemon is a lvl 85 nuclear type packing overheat so steel wont save you.

Yeahhhhh... Pretty sure all the attack animations are inherited from RPG maker. Which boggles my mind, because everything else in the game looks, sounds and feels like a pokemon game. I don't know how it's programmed, but I don't get why they couldn't just import attack animations from the 3-5th gen games.

My Gararewl did most of the work, well, until CURIE's Urayne used Overheat and one shot it... And my Archilles was already dead so I had to use Revive by sacrificing another one of my Pokémon... Ended up Torchy couldn't come back Mega Evolved, but at least he beat it anyway.
