Recipe:
For the Pastry:
300ml Water
110g Butter
150g Plain Flour
5 Medium Eggs
(add red colouring and strawberry flavouring for sweet)
(add green colouring and mint flavouring for mint)
(add red and yellow colouring and orange flavouring for citrus)
(add 2 tbsp cocoa powder for mocha)
(add brown colouring and 1 tbsp of mixed spice for spice)
For the Vanilla Cream:
500ml Double Cream
2 tbsp Icing Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
(add red and yellow colouring and orange extract to 150g cream for citrus)
(add 20ml cold coffee and 1 tbsp cocoa powder to 150g cream for mocha)
(add 1 tsp mixed spice to 150g cream for spice)
For the Chocolate Cream:
300ml Double Cream
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Icing Sugar
For the Mallow Frosting:
200g Caster Sugar
3 tbsp Water
5g Cream of Tartar
2 Medium Egg Whites
Pinch of Salt
(add red colouring and strawberry flavour for sweet)
(add green colouring and mint flavour for mint)
(add red and yellow colouring and orange flavouring for citrus)

Even as a kid I thought pokepuffs were way too decadent for a pokemon lmao. Bro if I was a trainer it wouldn't matter HOW good my pokemon were, if I'm making pokepuffs, I'm going to be the one to eat them!
