If you count music for everything, (bike ride, towns, routes and battles and stuff) then I would say Gen 5 and Gen 3 are parred. They were both highlights in the Pokemon series. Sure X and Y had good music, and same with Sinnoh and etc but overall, they don't compare to either Gen 5 or 3.

This was my first Pokemon game. I am 13 and I got this game for my 9th birthday. And now we have Pokemon Sun and Moon. It's amazing how much Pokemon has changed in just 6 years since Pokemon Black and White's US release. Even though the new games have mega evolutions and Z Crystals, this game will always have a place in my heart. I actually prefer the older games instead of the newer ones, not that Pokemon Black and White are that old. You can't go wrong with Pokemon Fire Red or Pokemon Emerald. I'm getting a Ds Lite so I can play using backwards compadibility.

Let's recap villain team from gen 1-5. I haven't played Pokemon x and y, so I'll call gen 6 villain team onodera, because I'm team onodera. Gen 1 and 2 - Team Rocket: They basically the underworld mafia that do illegal pokemon battle, bribing the authorities, supervised gambling, owned a shady corporation, kidnapping, drug trafficking, rival elimination, also assassination. Think Al Pacino and his goons holding pokeballs. They are bad, like generally bad and spelt trouble. Gen 3 - Team Magma/Aqua: They are evil because they want to cover earth with volcanoes or water (their name is a dead giveaway, duh) by capturing a mythical pokemon that has power to do that. Evil, yes, because they want to destroy 99.99% earth habitat with magic. But really? You sure you want to do that? Because I'm sure they also will die with it. Not a well-thought evil plan, eh? Gen 4 - Team Galactic: I found this is the most confusing villain. They want to reset the universe. What for? Because they deemed this world is beyond salvation? Just because one planet is fucked up, they decided to reset the whole freaking universe. have fun waiting for the first star formed in hundreds of million years after they pushed the reset button. Gen 5 - Team Plasma: They... basically PETA. PETA is by default is evil. Nuff said.
