The player is Leaf. Here's the story: After Blue's Raticate sadly passes away, Blue is unhappy. No, more than unhappy. Anyway, Blue abandons Eevee as he's so upset that his Raticate had died. Eevee went to Leaf to become her friend, but Leaf was lied to by Blue, so she murdered Eevee. Eevee's curse killed Leaf. Prof. Oak's ghost was left in the lab when you play as Red. Red goes to help Blue out with Loneliness and Leaf. Afterwards, Blue murders Red and his Pikachu.

I think the idea is Lonliness is cursed, leaf killed him or her as she was scared. Lonliness hunted Leaf till Leaf died or kill her self (i'm not sure on that one). When red says 'oh your alright! OH no your not run run' i think Leafs is a ghost hunting red and blue (Blue was the one that got rid of Lonliness knowing it was a curse and Red gave leaf it knowing this).But in the end the curse goes on to red, because he beat the raticate which was the reason why eevee was abondand...
