Pokemon Emerald - Elite Four with a Lv 20 LINOONE!

I was wondering what is the lowest possible level you can beat the Elite Four & Champion in Pokemon Emerald with a REALISTIC amount of RNG. A Level 20 Linoone was my best attempt, beating the entire league by itself. Known for its Belly drum, Linoone also has the incredible move Flail, and when combined with low HP and +6 attack, it hits like a truck!
Linoone has to be one of the strongest Pokemon in the game when it comes to defeating the Pokemon League, with an incredible movepool and typing.

I like using weak Pokémon, no items, only one type, etc., but I pretty much always keep my Pokémon at a decent level. I never thought of focusing on leveling up at the correct times! This is a really cool video.

bro im so smart at pokemon so hear me out ill show you on how to beat all elite four by calculating elite four member 1: blaziken double kick and blaze kick can sweep through the first 3 pokemons,manectric can take out crawdaunt. and blaziken can finish off absol with double kick part 2 coming out soon

This just makes me curious. What is the lowest you can take on the entire elite 4 with a single pokemon not using the Endeavor strat.

Level 5 is possible (lowest in gen 3), but would require insane RNG, so not practical. I would be surprised if anyone did lower than 20 with a realistic amount of luck:D

Ok wow - this is so much luck with the 55% Dodge and still uses X Items and healing Items. This is way too planned out for me haha. I really prefer not to use so much Items & reset so often.

Yea to get Linoone with belly drum at lv 20 you need both parents to have belly drum, and zigzagoon will hatch with belly drum. so i had both flail and belly drum on parents to hatch a zigzagoon with flail and belly drum, then the rest of the moves were TMs and tutor move (substitute)
