Mew doesn't listen to it's trainer unless it was caught on a certain island, the same goes with Deoxys. Meaning that if you catch or obtain a Mew or Deoxys in a random patch of grass (or as a starter.) They won't listen.

You see Black hair under the headband in his Artwork for Emerald. Look right by his ear and you'll see it. Plus Ruby,his counterpart in the Pokémon Adventures/Pokémon Special manga has Black hair underneath his hat.

First time i tried this i got dusclops as one of my starters and i though "epic!" i chose it and only move it had was night shade, a ghost type move. It didnt affect zigzagoon. I couldnt run away either. Talk about failing pretty hard. Lol

Read description of this video and press link to the randomizer thats at the bottom 3. Download randomizer from that site and then go to bottom of that site to see a instruction on how to use it. Thumb this up so people can stop asking and enjoy the HELL of a Nuzlocke randomizer sooner

im pretty sure each patch of grass has its own pokemon, there's no way each route can fit 295 pokemon (gen III logic) since there's only 100% catch rates, and they're more than 100 pokemon at that time

this randomizer isnt too random. it overwrites the pokemon found in each route, but it doesnt overwrite how many species can be found or how often. therefore, you can always find te same pokemon in the same route. i used to ev train at a place where there were celebis.
