seeing the graphs i honestly do not think rev had anything to do with the sky rocket in the card if you look at the others they also had a decent amount of a jump so i am starting to think rev had nothing to do with it might of been an extra boost but i believe after seeing the graphs it was gonna rise like the rest as well

People freaking out about the umbreon v is dumb but I do think it’s a great art and at least as good as the moonbreon. The rayquaza v alt is also better than the vmax.

makes sense why these card is going up. imo its gonna slowly go this way long term. and not like all of them being manipulated. some alt art might be pumped up cause its an alt art and hard to pull. but others nah.

Umbreon vmax alt was the first alt I got from evolving skies have had pretty good luck from it 6 alts from maybe 120 packs.

CE singles suck in value compared to ES. Only reason CE sealed is so high is because they didn't do much in the way of reprints.

ES is an era defining set. With the cards raising at these rates, the BBs will soon have to continue their trend up also to prevent arbitrage. I would not be surprised if the BBs break 1k by the end of 2024. And if this is actually the start of another market cycle, then by the time the 30th anniversary of Pokemon arrives in 2026, ES sealed products will be out of reach for normal collectors and investors.

I was at a yard sale and this evo skies booster box had a tiny tiny tear. The guys was like its imperfect ill take $250 last year. My local card shop says its authentic they offered me $500 but i passed

But it will still end up higher than where it started and they’re only just now starting to reach one year highs, so there’s more room to go up, the supply is the lowest it’s been and everyone wants these right now, so they might not go down like the tag team cards since people like alternate arts more than tag team cards Also if you bought the latios latias gx in a psa 10 before tag team cards went up it was $900 and when it "went down" it only got down to $1400 and now it’s climbing back up, you'd still be nearly doubling your money in a year and a half so I don’t personally consider that going down but 🤷‍♂️
