I walked around my whole neighborhood for like an hour, i finally find it and get in a battle with it, so im like freaking out, i use a razz berry, switch to a Ultra Ball throw and then my screen freezes... I don't know if it always works, but when you get the ball glitch wait a bit and then force close the app, when you re open the app check resent pokemon and you may have it; I think it may be that is captures it but because your phone froze you weren't able to watch the animation.
