Definitely BS. From the trailer you wouldn't know that the ride Pokémon cannot jump. Half of this post acts as if he has seen the trailer, the other half as if has played the game (U.I. was already mentioned).

Whether or not if the 4chan rumor is correct, the very thought of Gogoat being the only ride Pokemon it's a sad start to the game without it even being released. PLA's way of getting around was amazing and so unique, being able to ride on different Pokemon that did different things was nice. To just make it just (1) Pokemon and it can't even jump, is pretty lame to think about.. almost like they are taking 3 steps from the creativity that PLA brought. I get if the game takes place ONLY in the city where you'd have no need for climbing features, but atleast let us swim in the "lakes" they showed in the first trailer or fly around the city.

I doubt they are straight up reusing the PLA UI. It specifically has an old japanese style to it that would not fit in a game set in near-future france.

I sincerely doubt it takes place in the future. It is well known that Lumiose City is inspired by Paris. Paris in the mid to late 1800s underwent massive urban redevelopment to turn it into the city we know today. As much as people talk about the teaser trailer looking futuristic-y, to me it looks like architectural concept art and blueprints come to life. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Z-A likely takes place in the Pokemon equivalent of the mid to late 1800s (just like Arceus) and we'll be dealing with pre-XY Lumiose City. The redevelopment of Lumiose City is likely central to the story. Plus keeping Legends in the same vague mid to late 1800s time period seems like a smart idea to immediately differentiate it from the mainline games. If true it also means we might get a Wild West Unova one day!

I prefer us to get a news trailer for Pokemon Legends: Z-A in December 2024, then we get more news on the game in February 2025 during a Pokemon Presents presentation that they'll probably do on Pokemon Day. It would be like when we got a news trailer for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in June 2022 and then got more news on the games during the Pokemon Presents presentation in August 2022.

I think legends ZA will be the main game that comes next year but i think 2026 is gen 10 because i think gen 10 is going to be a switch successor exclusive because i think nintendo will push it to be a system seller.
