Gary yes. But not blue. Blue with his top team has better type coverage and synergy. Silph spectre has a tournament of the best competitive canonical teams from kanto through hoenn and you'd be shocked who won all three of the tournaments. Blue beat Giovanni, lance and red. Bugsy won the johto tournament against silver and karen. Wally won the hoenn tournament by defeating steven, drake, one of the frontier brains, dont remember which one. Hell, glacia slaughtered pike queen lucy in it. Anyway sorry for the paragraph. Have a good day or night
