Talking Stick's Poker Room is in an entirely new building that opened only a couple of months ago. Free fountain drinks, and food is very reasonably priced in the Poker Room and Fig Bistro. Lone Butte is only about 15-20 minutes from TSR.

Lone Butte is a good place to play. It lacks charm, but the $1/2 NL games are generally fun and friendly except for a few crusty regs. I played at Talking Stick Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. Sorry I missed you.

Dude Lone Butte 1/2 is so beatable and by far the best promos in all of AZ. Lon😢e butte is the east poker spot for sure. It's by far my favorite place to play

I played talking stick last back in the limit days of 2004. I think we played in a tent as well. The golf course is awesome, btw.

Lone Butte and Desert Diamond, both nice poker rooms. DD has PL Omaha running couple days a week if you play that.

Pretty sure 200/400 is a limit game. If NL games are in the mix it is with lower blinds.

I think the dealer was just wrong. I knew someone who knew someone in that NL game. It wasn't $200-$400 and $200-$400 NL wasn't running. I don't know what they dealer was talking about.

Safeway is Vons where I’m from , man they have the best cooked chicken. Try there habonaro chicken at the deli counter. It’s so good with some rice and Kraft mac n cheese.
