I agree, happened to wisconsin dells too. "Just having fun" crowd ruined all kinds of events, shows, restaurants, parks, monster truck rides. Then the internet reviews from the ignorant called it names like redkneck disneyland, hotel sticks, park cheezy, complained that the food back home in chicago was better. The housing crash of 2008 was no match for what really ruined it.
