Since the packs are assembled by his brothers, PokeRev(Nick) is able to control the contents of each "mystery pack".

Since the packs are assembled by his brothers, PokeRev(Nick) is able to control the contents of each "mystery pack". Also it can be argued that PokeVault's conversation with PokeRev(Nick) resulted in PokeVault receiving the gold pack. There is more to back this claim up, that will be in a future video.
