For anyone confused about the ending, Jaiden lost to the elite 4 on her first try but retried from the last save before the elite 4. That's why she says she doesn't deserve it and she talks about the "other Jaiden" and the visions she saw during the elite 4 battles were her pokemon dying the first time. She did an amazing job incorporating it into the story

To explain on the "Two Jaiden" thing and the glitches of vision of her team losing She lost at her first attempt at the Elite 4, Colgate (Togekiss) got crit Stone edhe by Hericross by Aaron, Oops (Quaksire) got KO'd bg Rhyperior's Earthquake and Flakes (Garchomp) got KO'd by Avalanced by Bertha, so which leaves her final 3 teams extremely at a disatvantage against Flint with his fire type. She made a poll with chat if she can restart at the Elite 4 and they voted yes because it is near her birthday, so the "alternative timelime" is Jaiden's first attempt which she failed and when she said "I don't deserve this" it's her feeling guilty she lost the challenge

Oops got crit by Rhyperior actually, it wouldn't be a OHKO otherwise. So basically she lost because of some of the worst RNG I have ever seen in a nuzlocke... but nevertheless, she still lost, and so she didn't accept the victory because she knew it wasn't really a win.

I always get teary at the end of this video, the music, the story telling, the twist and how much emotion she put into her voice was amazing at the end. I was very invested. Can't blame her for reloading a save and believe she didn't deserve that win because it technically wasn't a true win. But damn she was done so dirty by crits. The game had it out for her by word go. Fun fact: the “alternate timeline” is actually just one of her runs, all of her pokemon died to due unlucky crits, and so it wasn’t her fault she lost. So, she did a poll to ask if she could retry the elite 4, so she mentioned her past run, since that was a run too.

Personally, I feel that what she did with this video was pretty damned amazing. I mean sure, she failed, with some even disagreeing with her evolving Scyther to a Scizor because of it being a trade evolution (this though not a required rule for a Nuzlocke run, even if many choose to include that rule). She resets because her stream voted to allow her to continue the video because it was her birthday. Where she then not only implemented the reset into the story, as a distortion world glitch but then acknowledge her loss subtly at the end of the game, and admitted she didn't consider it a win but a hollow victory in a very emotional ending and overall beautiful video. Since that is what Jaiden is, a storyteller and animator who created an emotional video that even pro nuzlockers can appreciate such as Jan from Pokemon Challenges. Where he gives his thoughts at the end of his video on this at 41:06, which I highly recommend.

For those who didn’t watch the stream, Jaiden actually lost her first attempt at the Elite Four. Her Togekiss died to a crit Stone Edge against Aaron’s Heracross, and her Garchomp and Quagsire had really unlucky deaths against Bertha’s Rhyperior. Since the rest of her team was weak against Flint, she gave up. However, since the reason for her losing was extremely unlucky and not mistakes on her part, she did a poll asking if she could retry the Elite Four. 70% said yes, so she did it again. She won, but it was hollow. “Alternate Timeline Jaiden” was her, when she lost the first attempt.

Which is why she animated "the angel of darkness" (forget legit name, lol) tore Jaiden in half, so that she can hint what happened the first time. She lost against Flint, which is why she was doubting herself at the end.
