Yeah, I always wondered why Dragonair, this beautiful, blue, sleek serpent with elegant wings evolves into a fat dragon with stubby arms and legs and tiny mini-wings. Lots more power, sure... but at what cost?

I always a little subscribed to the theory that Gyarados and Dragonite had their final forms switched at one point. That the roundish Orange Magikarp was meant to evolve into the round orange dragon and the long, sleek, blue Dragonair was meant to evolve into the long blue, admittedly more fierce looking Dragon

I don't know if you're been going through a break up or something, there are rough times, sometimes you're up, sometimes you're down, but you gotta keep going and get over the obstacles, in the case you're tired, I suggest you to go somewhere and relax(your happy place)somewhere you go alone and nobody bothers you(no friends or distractions), and think about what you've done until now, and think about solutions you could pull off, if there's nothing you can do about it, then think who COULD do, if there's nobody, then maybe you should look over other problems and repeat, then having another perspective, that helps me all the time

14:58 True, kinda. Many evolutions of the original Pokémon are not quite clear unless you know the origin of Pokémons' design or the artistic choice of the origins of its appearance. In general, many just become larger from the first form, or Pokémon has similar appearances to a real-life animal, like many Bug type Pokémon (in development are similar from caterpillar/larva stage to adult stage), like Burmy evolve into Wormadam, if female, and into Mothim, if male (There NEED be more these kind of evolutions as they're only one that does that :( ). But sometimes pokémon's evolution is toyed with words, like for example a gun evolve into a cannon, As an example, Remoraid evolve into Octillery.

The anime notably featured a Mimikyu that had died and become a actual ghost, key differences being it could float and it couldn't touch anything. On the other hand, pokemon like Galarian Corsola are apparently not the spirits of Corsola that died but rather the Corsola that lived in what became the Dusty Bowl survived the ocean draining away by becoming Ghost types. Then there's Dreepy, who are some kind of reincarnation of a long extinct pokemon that now finds new life in modern times.

Now that I think about it I think I know the reason why ghost types evolve because there's other ghost type collects or eat souls so there are ghost types that eating each other. They have to evolve to survive that.

This reminds me of going to visit one of my friends. When I met her parents she for some reason decided to tell them how good I am at Pokémon (good from the perspective of a casual player who doesn't know all their type matchups).
