No. First been anthem slavs this is "Hey slavs", yeah, he been not official for all slav peoples (for history). But poles take to the anthem Yugoslavia, create another words from their history. and you speaking what this is out the anthem. For me the anthem poland this is analog yugoslavia, only another quick melody and words.

@@MHN..Ja mówię, że tych dwoma hymna podobny do siebie, tylko oni róźny w melodijach. U polaków szybki hymn, a jugosławii powolny hymn. Jeszcze ten hymn pojawił się od 1834 roku, a nazywał się "Hej slováci" pierwszy hymn w Słowacji. Napisał ten hymn Samuelem Tomaszykiem. Potem ten hymn naczał używać się, jak pańsłowiańskiego ruchenia. Potem ten hymn pojawił się w Jugosławii i Związkiem Serbiji i Czarno-gorę. Potem polaki napisali hymn "Mazurek Dąbrowkiego" od 1926 roku. Ten hymn nie jest używany jako hymn Jugosławii i Słowacji. On stał używać jak patriotyczna pieśnia.
