Tamlin’s “redemption” actually kinda made me sad, because it proved he still did really love Feyre. And even though their relationship was problematic and Rhys and Feyre are literally soul mates, it was still a little sad.

Most everything you said, I think we'll find out about at some point, but the one thing I really want to know is this: when Feyre and Nesta were in the library right before they got chased by the evil guys from the King of Hybern, they were talking about how bad of a relationship they always had, and Nesta was about to say something about why she was always so awful to Feyre and then the bad guys showed up so we never heard what she was going to say and I NEED TO KNOW!

Sarah hasn't confirmed anything but the fact that there will be 3 novels and 2 novellas in the series. I'm pretty sure she said that none of them would be from Feyre's point of view. So, based on ACOFAS there are a couple of storylines that need resolving: Nesta and Cassian (which we'll get in book 4), Elain/Azriel/ Lucien, Mor's quest for love and the story of the Band of Exiles. My guess is that book 5 and 6 will be about Elain and Mor and maybe the second novella will be about the cursed Queen and Julien (and Lucien).

My favorite scene was the escape with Feyre, Azriel, and Elaine from Hybern and how Tamlin saved her. I think his character is definitely flawed but he should get more credit in this book. Also loved the moment when Feyre realized it was Rhysand or the mating bond calling to her on Calanmai and not the music!

I think the reason why so much was left out is because Sarah has plans for the other books where those loose ends will be wrapped up. I liked ACOWAR but it didn't live up to the anticipation I felt after finishing ACOMAF. But I enjoyed a lot in it, like Bryaxis, the weaver, and the bone carver. They were my favorite parts! I sobbed when the Suriel died! It hit me so hard 😭

It's AMREN and AZRIEL bananas. I swear am I the only one that WASN'T disappointed with ACOWAR? I was crying throughout the half the book tbh, I don't think I'm ready say goodbye to Rhysand and Feyre. I loved their characters throughout this whole book, Rhysand with his sexy self and Feyre protecting her mate. AND PEOPLE FORGIVING TAMLIN???!!!! I know he did help bring Rhys back to life, but do you guys mot remember what he did to her in ACOMAF, in my opinion sex was the only thing he'd really want from her, he hardly talked to her or comforted her, Ianthe (that hoe) was the one actually interacting with Feyre, IDK about you guys but that's what I think. FYI to the people complaining about the smutty scenes, uhhh no one's asking you to read it and plus it's a natural act of life, therefore, you don't like it don't read it!! P.S. PAGE 666 IS A BITCH, although, Rhys had be resurrected I was still bawling for 10 minutes straight.

i read an ask response last night on tumblr about someone listing why they disliked acowar and one of the main reasons was that there was girl hate??? everywhere???? which didn't make ANY sense bc the only animosity (that i can think of) is between feyre, ianthe, and the hybern twin. and that was bc they were EVIL. needless to say, i unfollowed

Maybe they meant it more like, the female characters are destroyed by the author in a way. Suddenly Feyre has to sit out every battle? Suddenly Mor's a complete bitch who toyed with the hearts of two guys she claims to care about for HUNDREDS of years. If this person was speaking from perspective of 'the female characters were ruined in this book' then I could perhaps see where they were coming from.

Holy hell! I have been waiting for this booktalk for like forever! I liked ACOWAR, but I enjoyed ACOMAF more. I ship Elain and Az together. Rhys' death absolutely destroyed me, and I was real glad that he didn't stay dead! Ianthe's death amused me. Bryaxis was really cool, and poor Cassian. He was spooked by Bryaxis. I want Nesta and Cassian together. I don't like Lucien, except for when he stole Feyre away from the Spring Court, and saved her life from Dagdan and Brannagh. Eris is a jerk! Mor's reveal of her sexuality was beautiful. Holy crap, Lucien not being Beron's son! Did not see that coming AT ALL! Tamlin got minor redemption in this book, and now I want him to be truly happy! Even if he is a tool! This book was amazing!

@4:50 I thought it was going to be Azriel or Cassian. I kinda forgot that Tamlin was tortured by Amarantha until recently. If Feyre isn't completely healed then I can forgive Tamlin for being fucked up. And maybe his responses and actions are affected by that terrible experience. We don't get Tamlin's pov. He just needs time and healing. Not that Feyre should ever have to be near her abuser again or forgive him. ...But I might one day. As long as he finds actually get better and finds another love interest. Because you know Rhysand is better.
