Nice, I found when light the K'tinga the windows on the section bellow the bridge were being blocked by the locating pins, so I removed them, looked much better.

Love the photoetch, but think I would definitely switch out those cool white leds for warm white.

Yeah, definitely. Although it looks a bit more blue on camera it certainly will also be a bit too cold in real life. Klingon ships tend to be rather dark and in warm colors on the inside.

@@slighter it was clearly a choice, the kit uses some warm LEDs for the red parts, probably so they don't purple out.

So how do you go back and paint?

For the 'pie piece' I would have removed much more plastic, maybe leaving three or four posts to glue the photo etch on...

I wonder if the easiest thing might be to cut the plastic out entirely. leave three strips of opaque plastic above below, and between the strips of photo etch.

@@allscaletrek Maaaybe? Gluing the PE to the clear part could be messy and I think the spacing between the thin PE and clear would provide a really wide angle for the light...

You need to Light Block those Blinking Strobe in the Nacelles so those Blinking lights don't Bleed into those Green Warp Engine Lights the Green Nacelle Lights don't look right with those Blinking Strobes Bleeding to them .

I plan on doing that, I think just a bit of foil tape will do it.
