Love your instructional videos. They are priceless. I am no mechanic at all but with all the right tools and your videos, I have the confidence I can repair anything on my Polaris. You’ve saved me thousands of dollars. Thanks a bunch!!

Excellent instruction video - You do a GREAT job. I have a friend who has asked if I thought I could help him do this same job (we both have never done anything like this before) and after watching your video and seeing the amount of work involved, I don't really feel we (the blind leading the blind novices) should take on a project such as this.

How does this compare to a 2010 Ranger 800 XP regular cab?

Just a question; wouldn't this have been the perfect time to turn that bottom front bolt around? Is there not enough clearance to do that? Just seems like it would save a lot of headache next time since removing the front bumper would not be necessary. Great video, I will definitely reference for my 2013 800 Crew. Thank You!

I did this on my 2012 Polaris Ranger XP. No longer have to take off the bumper to service the A-Arms!! 😁

So can we drill and tap new Zerk fittings all Over for the new bushings after replacement or is there any reason you would not recommend? I’m about to take on this project next. Great videos!!!

LIES. I'm working on my neighbors polaris and the previous owner couldn't get the bolts out of the bushing sleeves so after breaking the nut off they welded the bolts to the control arms. I then ended up cutting those out and breaking off bolts that go through the wheel bearing carrier because they too, were seized into the sleeves. So now both upper and lower control arms, wheel bearings, wheel bearing carriers bushings and all nuts and bolts on the rear are brand new.

I noticed the new cv drive, bearing and hub going back on, but old parts coming off. Someone messed up with the editing.

Definitely had some unauthorized personnel working on that machine. Why not fix something right the first time instead of creating more costly problems down the road. Stay well and stay safe 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
