I just rebuilt my 2020 ranger highlifter diff and it is tight i can spin it by hand. Should it spin like that also?

What diameter tube do you use at 00:20 to press the bearing on?

It's 43mm Just big enough to fit the bearing and slide over the shaft.

Nice video. I have over 6000 mi on my 900xp & still have not had to replace parts in the front drive using ATF.

Thanks for this video. I just lost the seal and bearing so will be tackling this when I get it home. Just need to find a video on the suspension disassembly.

Why ATF ? Not Polaris diff oil ? Why not 75-90 gear oil ?

Dextron 3 was supplied from the dealer as a DDF alternative 75/90 is too thick for front demand drive. Atf works fine.
