Love the extreme attention to detail you guys put into these videos. I don't even have my RZR yet, and i'm just watching this. I could not imagine going through a rebuild like this without some type of video like this. I presume the real differences between this and a XP Turbo motor is just removing the turbo and different clearances?

Thanks, we try hard to make these videos good! Yeah, removing the turbo will be different, I know the top chain guide will look a little different too, but won't change the process. Other than than that, these videos should get you through the job. As always, you'll want to reference your manual for any differences in specs! -Charles

What size and grit ball hone did you use?

@@JJackson2208 i used a flex hone brand 3 3/4in (95mm) 320SC. Part number is GB33432. I got it from amazon

Main bearing selection the same on xp turbo 16-22??

It does look like the XP 1000 and XP Turbo use some of the same part #'s for the main and connecting bearings.
