What kind of grease did you use?

any non marine grease is fine. marine grease seems to not break down enough and the axles tend to pull themselves out when the suspension is fully extended

Merry Christmas guys! Where is the VIN on your quads? I'm trying to determine what year mine is and can't find it. All I know is its either a 1999 or a 2001 and comes in the realtree camo edition. Also where are you finding parts for the older quads at? Thanks!

Shoud be left side (driver side on a car) stamper in the frame under the oil reservoir. I can see it clearly with bike fully assembled. Merry Christmas! I use cheap cycle parts for most parts. Alot of times you can use their catalog to get the part numbers and order off amazon or ebay for used or aftermarket parts

All 1985-1995 Polaris ATVs may have their VIN on the frame in the right side footwell All 1996 Polaris ATV VINs are located either on the right side near the shift selector or under the seat on the upper shock mount cross-member All 1997 Polaris ATV VINs are located under the seat on the upper shock mount cross-member All 1998-2010 Polaris ATV VINs are located in the front left wheel well
