Is there any reason why we couldn't use a magnetic plug in both the drain and fill ports, just to collect some more of the small metal particles?

I wouldn't unless you damaged oem fittings. Just follow drain intervals and you will be ok. Magnetic plugs i think would be overkill on these atvs.

Is the rear differential and transmission fluid the same? Or is there a separate transmission fill/drain plugs?

Michael give amsoil a shot instead of running misc fluids in your quad. Links below in description if vids helped yah out.

Polaris sold me trasmision fluid only for my trasmision fluid change. can I use it or dose it have to be trasmision and differential fluid.

Mario gotta run amsoil to help me with my channel. I don't recommend Polaris fluids over amsoil. Call Polaris or buy from me and I will answer all your amsoil fluid questions.

Yeah this channel is about showing people how to do the work. If it takes me 3.5minutes what do you think it takes someone that has never done anything like this before trying to find out how to do the work. Please stick to your bi monthly trailcam hunting video uploads and don't leave stuff like this on other peoples channels. You might wanna think about doing some longer vids on your channel so you can maybe get monetized in 20 years.
