The lights look really good. I kept going back and forth between that style and the UFO style and ended up going with the UFO high bay LED fixtures with my 12' ceiling. Oh hey, I noticed in the background you had a sheetrock hoise and it looks like you ran into the same issue as I'm about to run into with the 12' ceiling. Most of these hoists only go up to 11'5" . I could kinda see a wooded platform of some sort you added on top. Do you have any clear pics of that you could send over? I gotta figure out something to get the sheathing to reach the ceiling height. Thanks!

Hey Chris, I thought about the UFOs too, I just have never seen them in person. Hope they worked out. I do have some video of the lift extension I could throw up when I have time. If you want a picture sooner than that I’m not sure how to send it to you on youtube, but feel free to DM me on either FB or Instagram.

Lights are very bright. How is your heating unit?

The heater is great! It’s 80,000 btu and working well. I will need to insulate the walls to make it more effective. I’m working on a video about the heater.

@@ShawnFerret I don’t have a garage nearly as big as yours. Got someone running 240v/100 amp subpanel to it already. Looking to run gas. Someone quoted me and to me, for 3 hours work max, it seemed too expensive. Getting other estimates. Want to use it for weight lifting and woodshop. Mostly a wood shop as I can throw the weights in the basement.

@@westsidewil I struggled with my gas line (different video), and it took me about 8 hours between trenching and hooking up under the house. They make propane conversions for these heaters if you don’t want to deal with running gas. There are also some pretty nice 240v electric heaters out there if you have a standard 2-3 car garage.

@@ShawnFerret watched your gas line video. CNG heats fast. In the long run will most likely be cheaper to heat with CNG. If you have any electric ones you’ve had experiences with I’d appreciate the analysis/advice/recommendations. At this point, if electric is going to be 7.5kw or 10kw. Will draw somewhere around 31amps.
