This was a very fun video , well most of them are fun. You bought a Pontiac Grand Prix in terrible condition. Rusted out floor pans, trunk. Engine that was not running well at all, In need of brakes. Needing extensive body work, rust removal. New carpet . Cheep but good paint job. And you put it all in one video!! Who else does that! And you finely found a sponsor!!!!!! Great family involvement! I like the way that you alway's can get so much done in such of what seems a bare min small garage! And the genius of it all alway's is sooo COOOOL! I knew a really good mechanic in the Army in Germany. His name was John and he was just great at getting thing's done in the worst of conditions and or enviorments. Circa 1983. Well keep up the fun and great work! WARE SAFTY PROTECTIVE THING'S.... eye protection, good face dust mask's and gloves....A ounce of protection will keep you safe and not sorry.

This video magically transported me back to 1968, a time before wire welders and block sanders. A time when a boy with $50 and access to a decent hardware store could transform any motor vehicle into a worthy chariot for a prom date. Bondo saved more tri-5 Chevys than any restoration shop; prove me wrong! Too bad Earle Schibe is not around to give it that high gloss finishing touch. Although a poor boy like me had to settle for Rustoleum applied with a brush or roller because mom would not let me near her Electrolux vacuum cleaner.

I just have a quick tip for removing surface rust without leaving scratches or scuff marks, use some baking soda. Make a paste with it and you can remove the rust with just a paper towel. Baking soda will also remove tarnish, I use it to clean my silver and it works great.

Nice job on the Pontiac. Ford Crown Victoria is another car you can get on the cheap and fix up for for little money and will run for years.

"Thanks to the wonders of violence, I got that out." As a former grunt, current telephone cable splicer, and lifelong all-around dirtbag who happens to have an English Writing degree (well, 7/8ths of one anyway), I appreciate your well thought out/wiseassed narration, Dalton. Keeps me watching.

I used to be an absolute perfectionist when it came to "classics", but after seeing you guys have so much fun on a budget, I've sure changed my way of thinking. These cars aren't gonna last forever, no matter what, so why not enjoy them while we can? Great video and thanks for keeping it real!

You know i was a fan of this here Pontiac. But man, im a believer now! Premium oil change. Deluxe SEMA quality valve covers, and a Foose quality pant job. It's the finest quality touches that keep me coming to the PBG channel. I however did not expect the NOS floor pans and upholstery, bravo. I actually wouldn't mind a little bit more from the 77, its will to live is impressive. It's definitely loyal and deserves another $500 lavished upon it. And, wow the camera makes a difference 👌🏻🤘🏻🇺🇸

Good morning from Cape Cod 🦈 I learned the water trick 40 years ago, I'm glad that you debunked all the chemicals you have to pour down your carb. Great job turning a piece of crap into a presentable cruiser. I'm with you, I'll drive a worthless if he Pontiac with pride over any econo box Camry any day 🤘 you mentioned painting JD's car 2 years ago, I can't believe it's been that long. Keep up the great work guys and the awesome content 👍✌️🇺🇲

Simply brilliant! Look at how much joy and amusement it brings to the whole family. Infinitely better than what I'm seeing in this food court: people staring into their cell phones. You struck a blow against "The Man" with this build.
