"I don't know if I'm prepared" That mask isn't going to filter anything. If you're going to explore again, I'd recommend Home Depot. You can get a quality respirator for 40, maybe less. Filters like that can filter asbestos and anything else nasty that might be within those buildings.

You were no where near where the reactor was at and y'all did a lot of unnecessary walking. The building where you trespassed is call the hot cell building. If you had of drove through the other gate instead of turning on Shoal Creek road you could have drove pretty close to the hot cell building. If you continued down the paved road and not turn right into the horse park area you would have ended where the reactor use to be.
