Then when the criminal realizes this, they get out of the car and they start running and the cops cant do anything about it since when they arrive, the criminal is long gone. Stolen jag for example. He jumped out of the car while it was under a bridge. It took the cops at least 5 minuets to show up and by that time, the criminal is already gone

​@patrickr2601 the helicopter has to be in designated airspace from ATC. the zoom the camera uses makes it seem like they are a lot closer, until the subject breaks line of sight. The pilot has to stay in an area unless given permission by ATC. An example is you use a zoom on a target far away, then you look away, lose sight, then have to zoom out to find the subject then zoom in again. Its easy to lose what you are looking at when you are zoomed in. 👍🏽
