race is not the point here the point is this suspect ran from law enforcement instead of being smart and giving up he caused injury and damage this could have been far worse had it not been handled in such a fine fashion by law enforcement so be thanking them for doing their job instead of complaining over race and minor things. Much harder to escape when crazy cops who aren't really good drivers but are willing to crash their cars to catch you and you in a slow sedan hard to escape. Although maybe if you have tints they have no id just go into a parking garage park on the last floor with immediate exit to the stairs and run down the stairs before the cops even find the stolen car to start looking for you.

These cops were great...right up until he surrendered... The guy got out of the car on his stomach and they felt it was OK to drag him the way they did(extremely roughly) for no reason(he was obviously following all commands at this point), then start flipping him round and round while throwing knee's into his neck, legs, and side, and groin checking him(hitting not patting or rubbing down for contraband and weapons), for what?
