NBC10's Katy Zachry reports live from the University of Pennsylvania Friday morning as police officers disbanded a Pro-Palestinian protest after a two-week long encampment on campus. Police could be seen arresting people who refused to leave and gathered in front of the Ben Franklin Statue.

After that they no longer have rights to recoup funds already paid.
