Tourists should realise that they are guests in this country and as such should abide by the expected codes of behaviour, if not inclined they should return to their own country. If a police officer instructs you to move away and not smoke close to a horse that is what you should do promptly! Not happy with being instructed what to do - go home! Police officers and Kings Guard have duties to perform this does not include pandering to arrogant entitled tourists.
