Clearwater police are searching for two men who attacked a teenager, then stole his bike, after a near-collision with an SUV in a gas station parking lot.

@@richardmesser1091 thanks for your opinion. Here is fact: The legal age is also known as the age of legal majority. This is the age at which a person gains the legal status of an "adult". (again for you to be able to comprehend - "ADULT") The legal age is set by state law and can differ from state to state. This is the age at which a person gains control over their own actions and affairs and becomes responsible for the decisions they make and are legally recognized as an adult. Since this was in FL, that is age is 18 which is known as age of majority. A 19 year old is an adult.... again thanks for stopping by and providing your invalid opinion!

I mean sure, the guy riding the bike is of substandard intelligence flying through a gas station subsequently without looking for drivers but he didn't deserve to be run off the road and beat up. This is what happens when you don't have at least one person with some sense in an incident such as this.

To the E-bike kids fault. Doing 20 through a gas station short cut. Pissed off the driver for almost causing a wreck. So the drive and his buddy let him know what the wreck would have felt like and took his bike which would have been totaled and I’m sure he has no insurance on leaving the driver of the SUV on the hook for getting his vehicle repaired. I see nothing wrong here. The kids here in HB now have devices that sound exactly like emergency vehicles and can be heard from a quarter mile away they’re so loud making people think emergency vehicles are coming and they stop as the kids race through traffic. Again. These kids are going to get their due.
