As a police officer, I can tell you that we allow people to sleep in their vehicles in out parking lots or at least no one says anything because they usually going through hard times.. There is an old lady that sleeps in her trail blazer every night. she doesn't leave any trash and always leaves early in the morning. We just don't like people sleeping on our lawn or our front lobby.

As someone who has been homeless and lived in his car for almost a year, police were always so understanding and helpful for finding safe places to stay. Especially since I was in my early 20’s at the time and they could tel I was having a rough go at turning my life around. Some of your brothers from a different state(most likely) saved my life multiple times and I will always be grateful.

I work doing security at Eagle Bluff Resorts about 13 miles north of Tahlequah Oklahoma on the Illinois River. On Saturdays, when floaters get off the river and are inebriated , many times guests will try to crash in their vehicles, especially for they are mad at other people in their campsite. The only legal problem is if they put keys in their ignition and start the vehicle to pass out with the air conditioning on. Since they are inebriated, law enforce could exercise the right to haul them to jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, even though they are just wanting to pass out asleep in the air conditioning. Usually myself, another security member or even law enforcement will be nice and wake them up and explain this. The reason being law enforcement cannot trust they won’t take off and drive inebriated. A law enforcement officer will understand what I am saying. A set up like Mav or what some of the other fellows have on KZbin would be handy with a battery powered fan and since they are in the bed part and not having the vehicle running, it would be a good solution. I will suggest this to people now.

The hyper blinking comes from LED lights (indicators), they make resistors to get rid of hyper blink. My truck did the same thing when I got LED turn signals until I put the resistors in. They hyper blink because the LED's consume less power than halogen bulbs, so the computer thinks the loss of power consumption means a bulb is burnt out.
