It's wild how many of these techniques I learned while working at Domino's. I had to use a lot of these to help deal with upset customers.

I'm guessing you're an FTO. Should be if you're not. Every cop needs to understand this stuff. Effective communication is the single best tool we have. Thanks for sharing!

+FuzzFam I'm guessing you are a DJ on the weekends because, well because I saw it in your video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bn2vXnilp5t4l5o Funny stuff. I love when guys have a sense of humor about themselves. I try to keep this channel serious, but show a little grin in the comments. keep up the good work!

+free field training Five-O Entertainment :) It's our little side business. Still looking for a good DJ name. The guys at work have made many suggestions. Not surprisingly none appropriate.

+FuzzFam Ya see, that should have been your KZbin name. That would make a great hook. You rocking out at a new place as an intro to every video, then leading into your family life and jokes.

free field training 😂 Its funny you say that, I actually have a second channel with that name with me making mixes & rocking out. And by rocking out I mean spastically moving my hands around like a geriatric off his meds.

It's funny you mentioned the mariachi band noise complaint. I responded to one on Thanksgiving or the day after, it was like 11:30 PM and they were at full volume. We thought there was a marching band in the back yard at first, lol. Great video as always, solid info and right to the point. thanks.

This helps alot in my case, since i don’t have any experience/backround in Dispute Resolutions and i graduated Highschool a year ago (at the time i’m typing this comment). Recently after that i got into Security and possibly looking into joining the Police Force. But i feel so kneecapped without the experience, and not to mention that i need to shake off the dynamic that i’m no longer a student in school.

Very informative. Hopefully I can remember these tactics. I'm rubbish when it comes to talking to people. I have a request for a future video: -How to approach and deal with aggressive and/or violent individuals when you are unarmed / or before deploying LTL self-defense weapon (eg. baton, OC, etc)
@freefieldtraining8 жыл бұрын
+Fragdog Media I'll think on that a bit. Ideally though, you wouldn't. Bouncers do it, but bouncing is about the #1 way to get n on the job injury.
@FragsJr8 жыл бұрын
Mmm fair point. I've been looking at getting some casual bouncer gigs to build confidence when dealing with people. Mightn't be the safest security position in the world, but we have it fairly good in Canberra.
