This is a special enforcement operation..most likely funded by Federal Grants. It is staffed by Officers who have volunteered....working overtime. Thus you will see patrolmen, Detectives, etc. staffing the enforcement grant.

@@JakeGV11 This is all for a video. He's sitting in 25 mph zones which is like shooting fish in a barrel for an officer. If you ever have the chance to run radar or use lidar, you'd realize that 90+ of cars are slightly speeding (5-10 mph over the speed limit) which is simply maintaining the flow of traffic and not harming anyone. He should be focused on people seriously speeding which is what causes accidents and causes danger for other drivers. This garbage is complete BS so that he has some stops to make a video.

@@markmiller4595not even that 10 over? I go 60 in a 40 in a lot of these raids here in Florida the thing is, it depends on the roads some roads u can go 70 in a 40 and some other ones 40mph in a 40 is fast enough.

I live in NJ and I’ll be dammed if a state trooper thinks they’ll ever catch me again. I got my laser jammers plastered on the front and back of my car and a top notch radar detector. When I hit the highway I’m out 🏎💨

3:41 getting voluntary compliance with the law by giving a warning sounds more like an expenditure… not to mention the salary and equipment for just one officer is way more than the entire force can generate through citations.

@@allaansnackbar4269 because it's literally designed to allow speeds of that nature, City streets and side streets aren't meant to be going 60 down... even though you could.

@@FALCORTON But these stops are not for 60 mph. He's stopping people doing 36 which isn't harming anyone. It's a normal flow of traffic. Most roads in the US are engineered for higher speeds than the posted speed limit.

Job related and reflects goals of the Department and Command Staff. Not intended to have egomaniacs to go out and have a good time. For instance..there may be an order to make three traffic contacts per shift. They can be a verbal warning, a written warning or a citation. That's it.

NB wanna hear the same B's from 70 yrs ago change the laws update them and y'all see the difference speed limits aren't finna work just one person gets stopped doesn't mean is gonna change the speeds wake up @@RLTtizME
