The classifying in genders is not very clear to me yet, it seems to be separate from the alphabet letter labels on people. I bet at top of list of necessary professions needed in polish army is farmers. All polish farmers up to age of 79 need to be drafted. These farmers can be sent to Germany for training. There are plenty of barracks at Grafenwoehr to house the farmers. Sending polish farmers to graf has added benefit of freeing up police officers that are policing polish farmer protests against the gubmint. These excess policemen can be formed into regiments and sent to the front to fight Russia. Look at the track record of Germans using police regiments to fight the Russians, so this isn't just some off the cuff idea.
